?Hero? Andreas Hofer (1767-1810) - mail art call for postcards

This blog is dedicated to the Tyrolean Hero Andreas Hofer (1767-1810), who became the leader of a rebellion against Napoleon's forces. What is his role today - is there any left? Just an advertising symbol ? - 200 years after the rebellion took place in 1809. I invite all artists in the world to participate in this mail art call - be critic, politic, humorous, creative - all mail art will not be sent back and become part of the collection.

No. 107 - arriving mail art "Andre Hofer" from Ruud Janssen (Netherlands) - Ruud has sent once again an illustration with the old postage stamp of Andreas Hofer - Main Post Logistik (a local postoffice her) did as well some collages to it - f.e. the postage stamp from Holland disappeared.
