?Hero? Andreas Hofer (1767-1810) - mail art call for postcards

This blog is dedicated to the Tyrolean Hero Andreas Hofer (1767-1810), who became the leader of a rebellion against Napoleon's forces. What is his role today - is there any left? Just an advertising symbol ? - 200 years after the rebellion took place in 1809. I invite all artists in the world to participate in this mail art call - be critic, politic, humorous, creative - all mail art will not be sent back and become part of the collection.

No. 402 - arriving mail art from Maria Dimaki (Greece) - a decorated envelope with modified parts of the postcard by Litsa Spathi. Inside three modifications of the postcard by Litsa Spathi, two with big fishes swallowing Andreas Hofer. Maria called them "Hard Time to be a Hero" and "Save all Heroes", third one is called "A puzzled hero thinking of his next move". Inside as well a copy of one of her works in art. Thank you very much.
