?Hero? Andreas Hofer (1767-1810) - mail art call for postcards

This blog is dedicated to the Tyrolean Hero Andreas Hofer (1767-1810), who became the leader of a rebellion against Napoleon's forces. What is his role today - is there any left? Just an advertising symbol ? - 200 years after the rebellion took place in 1809. I invite all artists in the world to participate in this mail art call - be critic, politic, humorous, creative - all mail art will not be sent back and become part of the collection.

No 488 - No. 490 - arriving mail art from Heinz W. Lotz (Germany) - three more collaged postcards with some Andreas Hofer images on it. Heinz used some of my incoming and outgoing mail art for his work. Interesting that one came without any valid postage stamp on it - he collaged so many old postage stamps on it, that the postoffice seemed to be overextended with it. Thank you very much.
